Peace Practice Guided Gatherings to Calm the Mind and Elevate the Spirit
Peace Practice Guided Gatherings are warm, intentional spaces—both in person and online—where we come together to calm the mind, connect with community, and elevate the spirit. Led by Shannon Hopkins, an intuitive development coach and shamanic bodyworker, and Erica Skone-Rees, a certified mindfulness mentor and nervous system regulation coach, these gatherings offer a blend of ancient wisdom traditions and modern neuroscience to help you navigate life with greater ease and joy.
We host two free online gatherings each month, where we guide mindfulness meditation, vagus nerve exercises, energy medicine practices, and poetic discussions to support emotional balance and connection.
Our in-person gatherings are held in the East Bay area, providing a supportive environment to relieve stress, cultivate emotional resilience, and amplify gratitude and joy. These gatherings include guided meditations, sound healing with shamanic drumming or crystal bowls, and discussions inspired by nature’s seasonal rhythms. Together, we explore ways to align mind, body, and spirit for greater balance and connection.
Whether you’re looking to reduce anxiety, build resilience, or simply be in a space of intentional community, Peace Practice Gatherings offer tools, inspiration, and connection to help you thrive.
In addition to these gatherings, both Shannon and Erica offer one-on-one support. Shannon specializes in intuitive development coaching and shamanic bodywork, while Erica provides mindfulness mentoring, nervous system regulation coaching, and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). Together, they lead team-building workshops and workplace wellness events, blending mindful practices, creative activities, and neuroscience education to foster connection and balance.
