This is a circle route with 52 km on roads and 8.5 km on hard packed trails with several tough hills. From our start point on we follow the Semiahmoo Trail down to the Nicomekl River Trail and follow it thru Heritage Park and around Crescent Beach where we stop for coffee. We next head up the Tulloch Rd hill (short but tough climb) to Kwomais Point Park onto Marine Dr. and follow it down thru White Rock onto 8 Ave. then south into Peace Arch Park where we stop for lunch. After lunch we zigzag our way up some tough hills crossing King George Blvd and Hwy 99 at cross walked intersections. We head thru Morgan Heights, back across Hwy 99 and King George Blvd to our start point.
Difficulty: Hard because of hills.
Distance: 60.5 km
Expected Duration: 5.5 hrs
Bring: snacks / water and Pack a Lunch. We will stop for lunch in Peace Arch Park.

This is a loop ride with 48.9 km paved bikeways and 7.3 km hard packed trails. The route runs west along the 45th Ave corridor, thru Pacific Spirit Regional Park and UBC to Spanish Banks. Next we head east along the Seaside Bike Route to Vanier Park where we stop for lunch. After lunch we cross the Burrard St. Bridge, head around the north side of False Creek, cross the Cambie St. Bridge and along the south side of False Creek past Science World then west along Union and Adanac to Lakewood and Wall St., past the PNE and head south on Cassiar St. We now head east to Adanac and Union, turn south on Carleton Ave., Gilmore and Patterson back to Central Park.Difficulty: Moderate if you have been biking regularly.

This is a loop ride exploring the dykes, trails and suburbs of Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge. The route is approximately 39 km of paved roads and bikeways and 18 km of hard packed trails.

This is a circle route on trails, paved bike paths and shared roads. From our start point we follow the PoCo Trail east around MInnekhada and on to Lafarge Lake park where we stop for lunch. After lunch we head west to Port Moody and Rocky Point Park where we'll take a short break before heading back to the PoCo Trail and the Gillnetter Pub.
Difficulty: Moderate if you have been biking regularly.
Distance: 52.8 km.

This is a modified circle route with 34.7 km on paved and 26.1 km on hard packed trails. From our start point we head east across Pitt Meadows to Maple Ridge then north along 216 St. to the North Alouette River Trail and onto Neaves Rd. We continue north on Neaves to Rannie Rd. and onto the Pitt Lake Dike where we stop for lunch, Our return takes us back south along Rannie and Neaves, west on McNeil Rd. and north on Harris Road to the Pitt River Dyke which we follow back to Bonson Road and our start point.
Difficulty: Moderate for distance, very little elevation gain.
Distance: 60.8 km.
Expected Duration: 5 - 5.5 hr
Bring: snacks/water and PACK A LUNCH. We will stop for lunch at Pitt Lake. There are no food facilities at the lake.
