Bike Ride - Central Park / Milltown Bar & Grill

This route has approximately 47.1 km of paved surface and 3.7 km of hard-packed trails. From Central Park, we head south and west across Burnaby and Vancouver to Richmond Island and the Milltown Pub where we stop for lunch. After lunch, we head north and east thru Vancouver past Riley Park then south and east thru John Hendry Park to 45th Ave Bikeway and back to Central Park.
Difficulty: Moderate/Hard if you have been biking regularly. There are several hilly sections.

Estimated Ride Time: 5 hrs
Bring: snacks//water and pack a Lunch or buy something at Milltown.
Meet Up Location: Central Park Tennis Courts, washroom parking lot.

Please be sure your bike is in good condition, tires are inflated and brakes are in good working order before arriving at the starting point. Carrying a Repair Kit and an extra inner tube is recommended. To help you to be seen and heard on the road, the following equipment is also recommended: a bell, flashing front and back lights or reflectors and a mirror.
