Hanging Rock State Park Hike and A Fun After

Weather forecast is higer 70's and sunshine for Saturday. There's rain Friday but these trails tolerate water well. I'm looking for a fun after that has room inside in case of late afternoon rain. I'll add it later.

This will be a on the easy side of difficult hike, 6 to 7 miles going up about 1,000 vertical ft but not all at once. We'll start our hike from the Visitor's Center but go towards the lake and use less traveled trails going to Wolf Rock and then to Hanging Rock.

Bring water and a trail lunch or snack

The carpool will leave from the parking lot next to Olive Garden, 438 Talbrt Rd Mooresville. We'll pull out at 8:15 AM Sharp, Be Early. Let me know if you're carpooling, otherwise I'll see you at the Visitor's Center before 10 AM
