Mountain Creek Park Moderate Hike

This will be a 7 to 8 mile hike at 2.75 mph to get our heart rates up good.

Be at the Visitor's Center before 9 AM

Bring water and a trail lunch or snack

Carpool will leave from the parking (on the corner near the red light) next to Duckworth's at 8:30 AM. Let me know if you're meeting me there.
