Lake Norman Lake Shore Trail Moderate Hike

Let's hike 6 miles on the Lakeshore Trail. We'll meet at the trailhead parking lot off Shortleaf Dr. - 35.64983, -80.94497 to get on the trail promptly at 9:00am and aim for a brisk 2.8-3 mph pace. The Visitor Center/restrooms don't open until 9 am but there's a restroom option a mile or two into the trail.

Bring water and a snack. Dogs are welcome.
