Kelly's Run+ Tucquan Glen 9.5 miles/ 2,300'

Come hike the beautiful Kelly's run preserve on our way to the Pinnacle overlook which has a magnificent view of the Susquehanna River. From the Pinnacle we will hike over to Tucquan Glen via the Tucquan Creek. This will be a little different from the normal Kellys Run route, so expect a coupe little twists..:)
This is a relatively challenging hike in which we will cover about 9.5 miles with about 2,300' of elevation.

Pace will be moderate today (around 3.2-3.5 mph). I do all I can to encourage group hiking. But if you are too far behind/way slower then majority of the pack, please be prepared to hike on your own. This has actually happened here before with multiple leaders. It was NOT an issue and won't be as long as you have Alltrails or something similar. And concerns simply reach out. Always here to help.

GEAR REQUIRED: hiking footwear as there will be plenty of rocks, roots and slippery conditions. Food and plenty of water! Poles, bug spray and sunscreen as needed.

Light rain or shine event. Heavy rain or storms will cancel.
