Schuylkill Center and Wissahickon Park; approx. 7 miles, moderate pace

**Meet at 6pm with 6:15pm SHARP departure**
This weeks "weekly night hike" will take us through the trails in the Schuylkill Center- very cool nature center before a small loop into the Wissahickon Park. The Schuylkill Center is a little hidden gem on the NW outskirts of the city. After taking in the many sights the SC has to offer, we will cut through an Andorra neighborhood to hit Wissahickon park for a bit.
We will keep a moderate+ pace (approximately 3.2-3.5mph average) and go about 6.75 miles. Elevation around 800 feet. Not a beginner hike, but not hardcore .
Gear required: hiking footwear as there will be plenty of rocks and roots. Water or source of hydration.
Light rain or shine event. Heavy rain or storms will cancel.
PARKING AND MEETING LOCATION: We will meet at the corner of Brierdale Rd and Cathedral Rd, side closest to the shopping center parking lot (see Meetup location Pin). There is parking on plenty of parking on Cathedral Rd.
