What to expect?: A 30 minute body weight circuit designed to ignite your fitness journey, this 30-minute circuit-based session harnesses the power of your own body weight to sculpt, strengthen, and elevate your physical fitness. Perfect for individuals of all fitness levels, our workout focuses on a series of dynamic movements that target every major muscle group, promoting flexibility, endurance, and overall health.
What do I need to bring?: Nothing! All you need to bring is a motivated you, some water, and maybe a coffee!
