Cedar Creek Paddle -- Let's enjoy what the rains have given us.

Details
Notice the 10 am start time! Join us on this trip down the Cedar Creek. Meet at Double Trouble parking lot, and then we will put in at Ore Pond Canoe Launch. This is a quiet and narrow river with a slow current, with serpentine twists and turns that offer challenging paddling. There is one dam portage, which experienced paddlers will help with, and which is not hard. This is a good trip for all paddlers.
Aside from a few small sandy beaches where you might see a few swimmers, the river is shrouded in woods and goes under three or four small bridges, as well as a highway overpass. There is beautiful scenery. We will be stopping along the way for lunch per groups’ preferences. We will be paddling to Dudley Park.
REQUIREMENTS:
