Owned and operated by Annika Knoppel, of Knoppelasen, a nonprofit specializing in environmental stewardship, the work focuses on practical, seasonal use of locally adapted plants. The blends reflect a hands-on approach to growing, harvesting, and working with herbs suited to the region.

The presentation will also explore firescaping strategies, demonstrating how thoughtful plant selection and placement can enhance both the beauty and safety of your landscape in fire-prone environments.
