Freedom to Move: Outdoor Strength and Play
Move, play, and reconnect with your body.
We start with fun interactive games, ease into mobility and coordination drills, and finish with just enough strength training to challenge you — without overwhelming you.
Perfect for beginners and those getting back into movement, this class helps you rebuild strength, boost your fitness, and fall in love with moving again.
📍 Location: Da-an Park (Bar Area)
🕖 Time: Every Tuesday at 7:00 PM (1.5-hour session)
💰 Fee: TWD 500 per class per person - (TWD 300 as deposit to secure your spot)
How to Sign Up?
👉 RSVP the weekly event
👉 Fill out the google form for registration (the link in each event)
👉 Transfer TWD 300 as a deposit to secure your spot (Guidance will be sent after the form is filled out.)
⚠ Important Notes:
The deposit is non-refundable if you don’t show up unless you provide proof of an emergency.
If the rain is light, the class will be proceeded.
If it's heavy rain, the class will be postponed to the following week.

在這裡,我們用輕鬆有趣的互動遊戲開啟身體,搭配簡單實用的靈活度與協調訓練,再加上一點力量挑戰,帶你找回久違的自在與動能。 這堂課特別為零基礎或久未運動的你設計,循序漸進地建立全身力量,提升體能,讓你重新愛上運動的感覺!
📍 地點:大安森林公園(單槓區)
🕖 時間:每週二晚上 7:00(課程時長 1.5 小時)
💰 費用:每堂 TWD 500 / 人
如何報名?
👉 RSVP 當週活動
👉 填寫Google form 報名表(連結在當週活動裡)
👉 匯款 TWD 300 作為訂金來確保你的名額(匯款指示會在表單填寫完畢後,以email通知)
⚠ 注意事項:
若當天無故缺席,訂金將不予退還,除非能提供緊急狀況的證明。
若當天為毛毛雨,課程將繼續。
若遇天候不佳,課程將順延至下週。
