This dynamic full-body workout includes drills, weights, pylometrics, and many exercises that use your body weight.

Join my fitness bootcamp and let me be your fitness trainer for an hour! Get to know other motivated people. Let’s get some fresh air and get fit together as a group with music and good energy!

As a fitness trainer i give guided outdoor workouts. You don‘t need any fitness experience. The program is designed for all fitness levels and will be fun and challenging. Come and join us!
