PLEASE READ:

  1. Meeting location: USS Orleck Naval Museum at 610 E Bay St, Jacksonville, FL 32202. There is free parking. This is on the north bank of the St Johns River, a bit east of downtown.
  2. Time: 9:00 AM, Saturday January 10, 2026.
  3. Entrance Fees: $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and veterans. This will be a docent guided tour to maximize the learning experience.
  4. Facilities: restrooms are available at the site.
  5. Pets: service dogs only.
  6. Bring comfortable shoes, sensible clothes, camera and/or mobile phone.
  7. Dining: the USS Orleck is located just east of downtown and we can all meet for lunch somewhere nearby after the tour.
  8. There is a 20 person limit for this tour.
