SUNRISE GAYBREAK 2026 (+ JASMYN.org Food/Hygiene Drive)

Second Annual SUNRISE GAYBREAK 2026, is an annual JAX Beach Sunrise staple event, but this one is designed for us...ALL OF US!

Sunrise is at 7:10 am est. It is best to be at Oceanfront Park at least 30 minutes before sunrise or more (say 630-6:40 am), for important future event announcements & acknowledgments of gratitude, friendly introductions, and finally...event kickoff toast celebrating ALL OF US on this glorious day!

Remember to wear smart, comfortable, colorful clothing/shoes that screams YOU and look for the happy people in the park assembling with PRIDE!

Followed by...

A brisk urban walk that converts to a nature trail hike to, around, & back from the 1-mile CRADLE CREEK PRESERVE on the Intracoastal, from one body of water to another! 🌊

And finally...

BRUNCH at the Orange Blossoms @ 14329 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32250 (a 'Friends of Dorothy' foodery establishment - corner of San Pablo & Beach Blvd), after our Sunrise Experience & Hike, as we (gay)break bread.TOGETHER! https://www.orangeblossoms.co/

MARK YOUR CALENDAR NOW for April 6, 2026! There will be plenty of parking at the beach, the hike, and the restaurant. The 2025 event was an easy, breezy early event where we ALL had a blast. Even though it is an early event, you will be home by noon for you nap. LOL. DO NOT MISS THIS EVENT in 2026!
