After work hike in the Richmond District: Lands End + GG Park

This hike has been re-scheduled for Thursday, March 20.

Join us for an after-work hike around Land’s End and Golden Gate Park. The hike will be about 5 miles long and the pace will be moderately slow. Start at 5:46 pm and end about 2 hours later. The final part of the loop will be on well-lit city streets. Sunset is 7:22 pm. Hike should be complete around 7:30. Hike starts and ends at Clement St. & 40th Avenue in San Francisco.

The itinerary is as follows:
· Meet at Clement Street and 40th Avenue
· Proceed to the Legion of Honor via Battery Livingston
· Continue past Holocaust Memorial to Lands End Trail
· Through Lands End to Point Lobos Avenue
· On to Ocean Beach and Queen Wilhelmina Garden and windmill
· Along JFK to North Lake
· Exit the park at 43rd Avenue and Fulton Street
· Return to the starting point

As I write this, Thursday afternoon + evening is projected to be a drying out period. Dogs are permitted.
