Bay Area's Out-of-State Investors Club

Who are we?

We are a group of real estate investors passionate about finding out-of-state real estate opportunities. Members come to present deals, learn about other deals, and also just hang out.

Why do we do this?

Real estate is one of the greatest tools for building wealth yet the bay area is notorious for high prices and tough regulations. We feel that there are better real estate opportunities by investing out of state in various markets.

What will happen at every meeting?

1. Food: Golan our host will provide some food for us to enjoy. Who doesn't love free food?

2. Learn About A New Market: we will have an expert present about an out-of-state market they are actively investing in.

3. Deal Talk: Members will have the opportunity to present their real estate deals and get feedback from other members. Members must apply in advance to present.

Who will be at these meetings?

Real estate investors with or without deals they are currently looking at.

To present your deal, we ask that everyone answers the following questions:

1. Where is your deal?
2. What kind of deal is it? (Multifamily, Single Family, Vacation Rental, etc.)
3. What is your end goal? (Buy and Hold, Flip, Etc)
4. What is your dream scenario?
5. What is one thing you like about this deal?
6. What is one thing you don't like about this deal?
7. What are you looking for?
