Outsiders Village is for people looking for real connection with other people who don’t always fit neatly into conventional boxes.
We’re especially welcoming to queer, neurodivergent, disabled, polyamorous, and otherwise outside-the-mainstream people—but the Village isn’t built around checking identity boxes. It’s about finding people you click with, spending time together, talking about things that matter, and letting genuine relationships grow.
Gatherings may include casual hangouts, mutual support spaces and mutual aid, meals, walks and outings, book discussions, workshops, creative projects, games, topic-specific gatherings, or whatever else villagers are interested in creating together.
Some events will center particular experiences or identities, while others will simply be chances to meet people and enjoy being around one another. You can come for the conversations that feel deeply familiar, the activities that sound fun, or just the possibility of meeting someone you’d like to know better.
Outsiders Village is less about building one big group and more about helping a web of relationships grow — friendships, affinity, mutual support, collaboration, shared interests, and the ordinary kinds of connection that make life feel less solitary.
