What we’re about
In-Person Sound Bath & Meditations held in Overland Park and virtual/online events using Tibetan singing bowls. I use "Planetary frequencies" which means each bowl has been tested and certified to have a specific frequency. Knowing that, I can target the type of Sound Bath I will hold. Each Sound Bath has a frequency "theme" such as Inspiration, Love, or Truth. Each month will be different. You are advised to bring a mat, pillow, and blanket to ensure your comfort during your meditation. Length is 1-1.5 hour. **These events are open to non-members and guests.

On this night when darkness lingers longest, we gather in the warmth of shared stillness, surrendering to the deep, slow rhythm of the season. Layered waves of resonant tones, singing bowls, and grounding rhythmic pulses will hold you as you journey inward—into the quiet landscapes of your own heart.
This is a night for release. The sound will help you lay down the weight of what you’ve carried, the echoes of months now past, and the patterns ready to dissolve in the fertile dark. In the safety of this shadowed sanctuary, you’ll have space to listen—to the whispers of your soul, to the truth that rises only when the world grows still. As the session draws to a close, you’ll feel the first glimmers of returning light, a reminder that even in the longest night, the promise of renewal stirs beneath the surface… and so does the promise within you.
