About us
In-Person Sound Bath & Meditations held in Overland Park and virtual/online events using Tibetan singing bowls. I use "Planetary frequencies" which means each bowl has been tested and certified to have a specific frequency. Knowing that, I can target the type of Sound Bath I will hold. Each Sound Bath has a frequency "theme" such as Inspiration, Love, or Truth. Each month will be different. Cost is posted and registration is required to hold your space, done through this link: https://aurras.com/in-person-sound-bath-meditation/ These events are open to men and women. You are advised to bring a mat, pillow, and blanket to ensure your comfort during your meditation. Length is 1-1.5 hour. **These events are open to non-members and guests.

Sound Bath & Meditation: Releasing Held Tension
Serenity Parlor, 720 Connecticut, Lawrence, KS, USReleasing Held Tension is a body-centered sound bath created for the places where stress quietly lives — the jaw that won’t unclench, the shoulders that stay lifted, the breath that never quite drops. Through grounding, low-frequency tones and slow, intentional pacing, the nervous system is invited to settle out of vigilance and into safety. As sound moves through the body, muscles are gently encouraged to soften, allowing long-held patterns of tension to loosen without force or effort.
Rather than asking you to relax, this experience allows relaxation to happen naturally as the body remembers it no longer needs to brace or hold. Many people notice a sense of physical ease spreading gradually — a deeper breath, a heavier rest, a subtle feeling of being supported from within. You’ll leave feeling more inhabiting of your body, steadier in yourself, and quietly relieved, as if something you didn’t realize you were carrying has finally been set down.

Sound Bath & Meditation: Sanctuary Within — Restoring Your Inner Safe Space
Location not specified yetSanctuary Within is a sound bath designed to help you return to the quiet steadiness that lives beneath stress, overwhelm, and emotional fatigue. When life becomes demanding, the nervous system can lose its sense of internal safety, leaving us feeling scattered, unanchored, or overly alert. This sound bath isn’t about escaping the world outside; it’s about strengthening the world within.

Sound Bath & Meditation: Inspiration Begins Again
Location not specified yetInspiration Begins Again is a sound bath designed to meet you before effort — before the push to fix or create or figure anything out. This experience is about rediscovery, not performance — a quiet remembering of the spark that was never lost, only buried beneath noise, responsibility, and overthinking. Brainwaves soften, the mind loosens its grip, and space opens — the kind where new ideas don’t arrive with force, but with familiarity, like something gently returning home.
