What we’re about
In-Person Sound Bath & Meditations held in Overland Park and virtual/online events using Tibetan singing bowls. I use "Planetary frequencies" which means each bowl has been tested and certified to have a specific frequency. Knowing that, I can target the type of Sound Bath I will hold. Each Sound Bath has a frequency "theme" such as Inspiration, Love, or Truth. Each month will be different. Cost is $15 and registration is required to hold your space, done through this link: https://aurras.com/in-person-sound-bath-meditation/ These events are open to men and women. You are advised to bring a mat, pillow, and blanket to ensure your comfort during your meditation. Length is 1-1.5 hour.
