Echoes of the Heart: A Sound Bath for Grief and Healing, In-Person

Echoes of the Heart is a sound bath and meditation ceremony created as a sanctuary for grief. Through resonant tones, grounding vibrations, and spacious stillness, you will be invited to lay down what you’ve been carrying and listen for the quieter truths beneath the sorrow. The sound becomes a vessel, giving voice to what you cannot always say and offering release where words fall short.
This is not about “moving on.” It is about softening into presence, holding love and loss together, and remembering that grief is not something to fix—it is something to be honored. In this sacred space, your heart’s echoes will be met with compassion, and you will leave with a little more room to breathe, to feel, and to be.
