Releasing Held Tension is a body-centered sound bath created for the places where stress quietly lives — the jaw that won’t unclench, the shoulders that stay lifted, the breath that never quite drops. Through grounding, low-frequency tones and slow, intentional pacing, the nervous system is invited to settle out of vigilance and into safety. As sound moves through the body, muscles are gently encouraged to soften, allowing long-held patterns of tension to loosen without force or effort.
Rather than asking you to relax, this experience allows relaxation to happen naturally as the body remembers it no longer needs to brace or hold. Many people notice a sense of physical ease spreading gradually — a deeper breath, a heavier rest, a subtle feeling of being supported from within. You’ll leave feeling more inhabiting of your body, steadier in yourself, and quietly relieved, as if something you didn’t realize you were carrying has finally been set down.
