## Monday Nervous System Reset

### This Week: I’m Tired of Being the Strong One

Part of the series: Holding Too Much Inside
There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from always being the steady one.
The one who keeps functioning.
Keeps holding everything together.
Keeps showing up for everyone else.
Keeps carrying stress, emotion, responsibility, and pressure quietly inside while continuing to move forward.
Over time, many people become so practiced at surviving that they stop noticing how much tension, fatigue, emotional suppression, and nervous system overload their body has been carrying all along.
This week’s Monday Nervous System Reset is designed to create space beneath that constant holding.
Through guided meditation, calming sound, nervous system-focused relaxation, and immersive sound bath meditation, we’ll gently support the body in softening out of survival mode, emotional bracing, and chronic internal pressure.
This is not about needing to “fall apart.”
It’s about allowing yourself to stop carrying everything quite so tightly for a little while.
This event is hosted live online via Zoom. Register here: https://aurras.com/events/week-4-im-tired-of-being-the-strong-one/

  • the ability to sit or lie down comfortably during the experience
