Presentation Details: Marketing materials abound with claims of how a particular tool will protect us from all manner of security risks. Sometimes they are highlighting a genuine advantage of their product and sometimes they are glossing over some huge pre-conditions. At this meeting we'll talk about the technology underneath common classes of application security products and what we should and should not expect out of them.
