Athena Aperta will be guiding you throughout this workshop with breathwork, somatic release exercises, vocal techniques as well as holding a safe, non-judgemental space for the whole of you.

The layout of the session will look like:

• An intro & group sharing around expressing ourselves (5-10 mins)
• Breathwork (5-10 mins)
• Vocal techniques (10 mins)
• Somatic release exercises for nervous system regulation (10 mins)

Who is Athena Aperta?

Hiiii! I'm a professional songwriter, vocal coach and singer. Helping people become compassionate towards themselves, feeling more confident and expressive in their nature is my jam! I've been in places where I haven't been these things at all and I'm still learning so much about myself and my mind too! I'm now sober, a lover of life and purely want to add a drop into the positive ripples in this world.

Fun fact: I'm an ambassador to tackling food waste in the UK and I dream of running my own charity or CIC one day!
