In this workshop we will be exploring our voices in a group setting. Athena Aperta will be guiding you throughout with breathwork, somatic release exercises, vocal techniques as well as holding a safe, non-judgemental space for the whole of you.

The layout of the session will look like:

* Introduction & group sharing
* Breathwork
* Vocal techniques
* Somatic release exercises
* and more...

This group will help you:

  • feel heard
  • let go of energetic, mental or physical vocal blocks
  • feel more confident
  • express yourself

This space tends to suit people who:

  • have already done some inner or therapeutic work
  • are self-reflective and emotionally aware
  • feel ready to slow down rather than push forward
  • want more stability and self-trust in relationships and daily life

This is not suitable for those in active addiction, acute mental health crisis, or those seeking intensive therapeutic or emergency support. There are so many wonderful places out there for you.

A bit about me:

I'm a professional songwriter, vocal coach and facilitator. Helping people become compassionate towards themselves, feeling more confident and expressive in their nature is my jam! I've been in places where I haven't been these things at all. I'm now sober, lover of life and purely want to add a drop into the positive ripples in this world.

Fun fact: I'm an ambassador to tackling food waste in the UK and I dream of running my own charity or CIC one day!
