**Charley Darbishire**: Founded Educake, a software-as-a-service business selling to schools, in 2011 and scaled for 12 years before selling to Twinkl Ltd in 2023.

**Karo Moilanen**: Founder CTO of TheySay, a spin-out from the Department of Computer Science, University of Oxford, that provided advanced Emotional AI and market-leading NLP and text analytics products and services.

As a technical founder, Karo went through a transformational, 9(+)-year academic-to-entrepreneur journey from "day zero" all the way to exit when TheySay was acquired in January 2018 by Aptean, Inc., a portfolio company of U.S. private equity firm Vista Equity Partners.

In Karo's post-acquisition role at Aptean, he provided specialist technology, R&D, systems integration, and strategy advice and consultancy services.

**Adam Reynolds**: Previously CEO of Webexpenses, which was acquired by ELMO for £29m in 2020, where Adam became the Managing Director. Adam exited the business at the end of 2023 and is now a Managing Partner at Invincible Software Holdings.

**Malin Svanberg Larsson**: Partner at Freeths, Malin specialises in advising businesses on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-ins and buy-outs, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, and early stage investment.

Malin is ranked as a Leading Individual in Chambers & Partners (2024 edition) and is ranked as a Recommended Lawyer and a Next Generation Partner in The Legal 500 (2024 edition).
