Festival of Lights: 12th Annual Diwali Celebrations

Join us for the exciting Festival of Lights with many photo opportunities. We have been invited by the San Diego Indian American Society to attend this event and to take photos.
We will meet at the Tea House next to the Japanese Friendship Garden at 3:45PM where I will give you your free tickets for admission.
There will be displays of dolls, ancient lamps, Indian Musical Instruments and Sarees. There will be dances from the different states of India. There will also be a Food Court serving Indian Food.
We ask that you post photos (20-50) of the event on our website. You will be given photo credit.
For lenses a variety can be used. Probably a longer focal length is preferrable, such as 70-200, 18-200, 18-270, 28-300, etc.I was told that there will be sufficient lighting to take photos after dark.
