Fleet Week San Diego is looking for 1 photographer for the Enlisted Recognition Lunch at the San Diego Zoo from 11am-2pm.
Find person near entrance (Maybe a table) with entrance ticket.
ATTIRE: Classy Casual. Military in Uniform, Many guests with Sport Coats.
Free parking – Lunch provided – The event is outside under some canopies.
Shot List: Photos of animal exhibits before lunch. Try to get photos of uniformed guest near sponsor banners, Guest speakers, top 3 enlisted sitting on stage with sponsors and hosts. Photos of All speakers. Get photos of sponsor banners, group shots after the event. Photo of some of the tables. Have fun. Eat buffet lunch. Keep an eye on the weather. There will be some cover. Enjoy the zoo after you are finished photographing the event.
This luncheon hosts over 300 military enlisted guests who have distinguished themselves by their community service and within their commands. The military guests are seated with leaders of the civic and business communities of San Diego, and are treated to gifts and raffle prizes.

You will upload 50-100 of your best images. Do not included any copyright info on your images. Photography credit will be given, and with permission, they will add your contact information in the Photo Book that will be passed out to sponsors. Updates will come as to where you will upload them.

Since there is only 1 photographer for this event, the Attendee Limit will show 6 people, but only 1 will be selected as we get closer to the event date so please update your RSVP accordingly, as the event gets closer.
