Fleet Week - 2 Shifts - (Boat Parade) Broadway Pier or Yacht America

Fleet Week is looking for 1 photographer from on Saturday, Nov. 8th from 9am-1am, on the Yacht America.
Shot List: Photos of sponsors, other boats, people on shore waving, Broadway pier.
Lunch provided.
Board America around 9:30am -9:45am for 10am departure from Shelter Island - You will return to Shelter Island around 1pm (Wide angle and long lens would be useful) – photographer will be provided more information prior to event (free parking)
Also, 1 photographer from Saturday, Nov. 8th from 10am - 2pm at Broadway Pier for Boat Parade – lunch provided.
Shot List: Adults and families on the pier. The parade passes around 11:00am. Photos of every boat. Try to include the boat # if possible. Wide shots and close shots. There is about 50 boats. Military Men on many of the yachts. Then some military crafts with Uniformed military saluting or waving.
NOTE: Any activity at or near Broadway Pier or on the Midway will probably have comped parking available nearby for assigned photographer.
Parking details as we get closer to the event date.
Fleet Week would like to get 50-100 images for each day (the best of the best) to reflect the experiences of the visitors and military. Updates will come as to where you will upload them.
Photography credit will be given and with permission, they will add your contact information in the Photo Book that will be passed out to sponsors.
Scheduled photographers will not have to stand in long lines to enter the pier. Unless the process changes, their name will be on a volunteer list at the pedestrian gate. After passing through Security (and magnetometer) (remember no knifes and liquids) photographers may have to go to the pier office (in the building on the pier inside security fence) to get their badge.

Since there are only 2 spots available, you will see that it will show 10 spots available. As we get closer to the event date, the 2 photographers will be chosen. I am Not counted as a Photographer for this event. Please update your RSVP accordingly as need be, as we get closer to the event.
