Fleet Week - VIP Reception / 250 Year Celebration

Fleet Week is looking for 1 photographer for the VIP Reception on the Broadway Pier. It is Nov. 6th from 4:30pm - 8:30pm.

Attire: Business casual. Military in Uniform, most guests are dressed up. 60% male guests in sport coats.

NOTE: Any activity at or near Broadway Pier or on the Midway will probably have comped parking available nearby for assigned photographer.
Parking details as we get closer to the event date.

Shot List - People socializing with sponsor posters and innovation displays. The approx. 4 speakers. Guests with innovation displays after the presentation.
Food provided.

You will upload 50 of your best images. Do not included any copyright info on your images. Photography credit will be given, and with permission, they will add your contact information in the Photo Book that will be passed out to sponsors. Updates will come as to where you will upload them.

Ed Langmaid is my contact at Fleet Week and Ed is providing all the info and details that I am sharing with everyone. Ed is also a member of PPS now, so if you have any questions, you can ask them here, in the comment section and Ed will respond to your messages. Much more convenient that way.

Since there are only 1 spot needed, you will see that it will show 5 spots available. As we get closer to the event date, the photographer will be chosen. I am Not counted as a Photographer for this event.
