You will be blocked from attending this event after one no-show, and you will be removed as a member if you accrue three no-shows.
Fantastic news! PPS is able to go to the Del Mars races this Fall! The Fall meet is much less crowded than during the summer season, so come see the horses close up and have a unique and fun day at Del Mar. Since there are fewer horses, there will be some downtime.
You will need to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement for Del Mar. I will provide this to you once I have your information. RSVPs will be approved in the order these questions are fully answered.
Please make sure you answer these questions when you RSVP:
1. What name (First and Last) do you want on your Del Mar Media Credential?
2. What is your email address?
3. What is your phone number?
Please make sure you answer these questions when you RSVP.

There are a few guidelines to keep in mind:
• While in the Paddock area and near the Race Track we are all to stay together and no wandering off, this could be dangerous to you and the horses and will be enforced
• Please wear closed-toe shoes there are a lot of things you can step in! No open-toed shoes in the barn area.
• No Tripods or monopods
• No flash photography

The choice of venues for PPS events does not indicate that PPS either supports or does not support a particular venue. PPS is strictly neutral in this matter and merely offers photographers different venues in order to provide them with the opportunity to practice various types of photography.
