Milky Way for the Night Owls!

Note: This is the early morning hours of Saturday, March 21st.

Let's meet at 2 am to get set up and settle in. The Milky Way will just be starting to be visible at that time, with the core visible by 2:45. Dress warmly, or bring layers to add!

This shoot will be in the Borrego Springs area. I am keeping an eye on conditions and will message you the exact location by the end of this week.

Bring your widest and fastest lens, a sturdy tripod, a remote shutter release, a flashlight with red light capability, and caffeine. Snacks and a chair are also recommended. The most important thing is to be familiar with your equipment, and know how to make adjustments in the dark. I highly recommend getting your focus and settings taken care of prior to arrival, and having your gear ready for a quick set up!

If weather is not cooperating, we may need to cancel or relocate. I will make that decision no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting time.
