Breakfast on Midway then STEM shoot on Broadway Pier – Tuesday 11/10/2026 7am-9am then 9am-11am

2 Photographers.
Assigned Photographers will be given access to Midway. Photographs of venue with planes in shots. Event in hanger deck (usually). Can use side-stairs (ladders) for vantage points with permission. Photos of sponsor's signs and sponsors. People/groups around sponsor's signs. If people are using/wearing sponsor related items, get those photos too. Guest speaker variety of shots. Speaker not yet confirmed.

Attire: Business casual. Most males are in button-down shirts & Sports coats. Few ties Women: flats and slacks.

After breakfast event is over, head over to Broadway pier to photograph Student STEM Day. Yes, clothing is different. You can change at pier.
2,000 children on ship tours, on military equipment, in Building with STEM activities.
Okay to take photos of children. - Lunch provided

Ed Langmaid is our contact for FleetWeek and will be contacting the photographer(s) with details as we get closer. I also put Ed as a co-host the FleetWeek events since he will have all the answers :).

Just to be clear, any photographer in this group can attend some of the FleetWeek activities and get pictures for themselves but you won't have access as the assigned photographer(s) will.
