Broadway Pier – STEM and Reception for Thursday 11/12/26
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING.
3 Photographers needed.
2 for STEM and
1 for the Reception.
STEM: Okay to take photos of children. 9am to 1pm. Do not need names or permission. Goal is to find kids showing interest in shipboard exhibits, marine equipment, STEM displays, Marine Mammal shows at end of pier, attire nice casual. Shorts okay.
Lunch provided -
Reception: Broadway Pier. Photographer 5pm to 8:30pm 11/12/26
Attire; classy casual but not overly casual. Military in uniform, most guests dressed up. 70% male guests in sports coats. Photos of people socializing with sponsor posters and "innovation" displays. Photograph speakers, about 4. Photos of guests with innovation displays after speeches.
Ed Langmaid is our contact for FleetWeek and will be contacting the photographer(s) with details as we get closer. I also put Ed as a co-host the FleetWeek events since he will have all the answers :).
Just to be clear, any photographer in this group can attend some of the Fleet Week events and get pictures for themselves but you wont have access as the assigned photographer(s) will.
