Turtles Tanning Langford Lake 11am + Skills

Infuse your day with sun and nature with a tour of Langford Lake, where you will see many turtles sunning. I have seen as many as 51 turtles in one day here - let's see if you can spot more! We will meet at Paisley Park / Langford Lake (off Shelby Place). Arrive between 10:30 - 10:45 to get set up, and we will launch promptly at 11 AM. The full circumference of Langford Lake is about 4.5km, and it will take about an hour at a steady pace. Anyone who's interested in learning / practicing some board turning techniques is welcome to stay at the end of our paddle. The water temperature is swimmable for some, others may prefer to wear a shorty wetsuit.

PFD and pea-less whistle required per Transport Canada Water Safety regulations.

Location: Meet at Langford Lake @ Shelby Place, Launch From Paisley Park / Langford Lake

Time : Arrive at 10:30 - 10:45 to set up, we'll launch at 11:00 AM

Experience Level: All.
