Thetis Dinner Paddle Thursday August 21 at 6pm.

Shandra and I have been very busy sorry for not scheduling more meet ups. So August 21st @6pm meet us at Thetis Lake. We are going to tour the perimeter of upper and lower which is about 6km, say 1.5 hours. It is required that you know how to swim and wear a lifejacket. Shandra and I are instructors and are happy to provide all kinds of tips along the way, free of charge of course, and if you want to try one of the fabulous Falcona Longpaddles, two blades are very fun, then we would be happy to bring one for you to try. It's super fun and it works your core like never before. We will be leaving the beach at 6. If you are late, just catch up to us. There is some blue green algae at the lower beach where we launch, but the rest of the lake is clear, reportedly. We also do not welcome dogs in the group, so sorry, some people are nervous around them. I'm happy to bring you a board and lifejacket if you do not have one for 40 dollars for the event or if you want, you can put that towards the purchase of one of my brand new Ridewave 11.5 by 33 super awesome inflatable packages with lots of goodies included. We hope to have a big turn out. It's going to be fun. Going to bring a little speaker maybe to play some classic rock radio. Bless you all and hope your summer is paddling along nicely. Cheers.
