Welcome, beautiful soul,
This is a sacred space to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your subtle energy through guided pranayama breathwork, chakra sound healing, and gentle meditation.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, seeking deeper peace, or craving a loving community of mindful souls—this circle is for you.
✨ Each weekday session focuses on a specific chakra
✨ No experience needed—just an open heart and a desire to connect
✨ Sessions are 1 hour, live via Zoom (or in-person when available)
✨ You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply held
We’ll explore:
Ancient breathwork techniques from yoga and kriya traditions
Bija mantras and vocal chakra toning
Intention-setting, gentle movement, and vibrational healing
A soft and welcoming space to be fully yourself
Come as you are. Breathe, release, and return home to your light.
