Join us for a peaceful evening of mindfulness meditation and sound healing at Padma Breathwork & Sound Healing Circle in Durham. This guided meditation circle will focus on the power of the breath to center ourselves and cultivate inner peace. Together, we will explore various breathing techniques to enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

Preparation Before Arrival To fully receive the benefits of our work together:
• Arrive in a fasted state or on an empty stomach
• Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrates (Alkaline or electrolyte water)
• A yoga mat or cushion
• A journal or notebook to capture reflections, feelings, thoughts and energetic shifts
Our Breathwork Focus This session will center around the Ujjayi breath, cultivating victorious energy, and Kumbhaka meditation, embracing the stillness between breaths where clarity resides. Together, we’ll enter a space of listening and inner expansion.
