Talk#1 Details: "Low code no code platforms"

In this talk, we will discuss how I have managed to get an idea to MVP and more through just low code no code platforms like flutter flow with the help of AI and freelancers just for the custom code elements when needed.

Talk#2 Details: "An Overview of the IT Job Market: In-Demand Roles from a Developer and Recruiter Perspective"

This talk offers a practical overview of today’s IT job market from someone who has experienced it from both sides: first as a software developer, and later as a tech recruiter.
Rather than focusing on hype or career advice, the session explores how companies currently think about technical roles, what profiles are actually in demand, and how market needs have evolved in recent years. Roles such as RPA, DevOps, mobile development, and modern frontend frameworks will be discussed through real hiring patterns and industry trends.
The goal is to provide attendees with a clearer, more realistic picture of the IT landscape, helping them better understand how technical skills are valued in practice and how different roles fit into real-world teams and businesses.
