Catawba Falls Hike/Meeting

Saturday 6/14, we're taking an afternoon hike up to Upper Catawba Falls which is a 3.6 Mile loop that ascends 853 feet, mostly even ground followed by a 500+ stair climb to the upper falls.

There will be discussion based around recovery throughout and once at the top of the falls there will be an opportunity to cold-plunge. After the plunge, there will be a time period to reflect, then delve into some deeper discussion using varied therapeutic modalities.
