Pages & Pints: A Social Writing Group

We’ll meet together there for an introduction and icebreaker, followed by 45 minutes of independent writing. You can choose to work on your personal WIP or a writing prompt will be provided. After we’ll share how our sessions went! Stay to socialize as long as you like or head out after.

Bring: whatever you use for writing from laptop to journal or pen and paper. The beer garden has a selection of 20+ beers on tap as well as food if you want to grab a snack.

24 hours before you will receive a randomly selected genre and two random on words. You must write a story of no more than 200 words in that genre that uses both words.

We will take turns reading adding our stories out loud, sharing constructive criticism, and socialize. This is a great way to push your creativity, editing, and feedback skills.
