Foodies & Friends Giving Thanks Together

Come join us for a very special Holiday Foodies and Friends at Fresca on December 1. Enjoy delicious samples of smoothies, juices, and wraps made by Leetal. Then we will be featuring special guest Mitchell Kirshner ND The Healthy Chef doctor to demonstrate simple cooking methods like blanche and shock. Be inspired to eat healthy and learn new ways to cook. Cost for admission is $10 which covers the cost of food. Speical prizes in store ice breaker, raffle, and goodie bags.
