Free Pilates • Mobility • Strength Class — All Levels Welcome
Join us for a full-body workout at The Stable powered by OxeFit. This all-levels class blends mobility, Pilates mat work, and incorporates the OxeFit XS1 for a well-rounded, core-focused session.
We’ll begin with a gentle mobility warm-up, then move into Pilates exercises designed to improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body alignment.
Strength segments using the XS1 will help build lean muscle and stability. Modifications are provided for every movement, so you can work at your own pace.
Feel free to bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle — we also provide them on site.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a liability waiver and for a quick tour of the facility!
Parking is easy; located in front and behind of the facility.
