Hi Ladies!
Come join me for a fun, feel-good Mat Pilates class—perfect if you want to build core strength, improve posture, and get a full-body workout without feeling intimidated.
This is a brand-new class hosted at The Stable, a sports training facility powered by OxeFit.
No experience needed—beginners are absolutely welcome, and I’ll offer options for every level.
We’ll focus on
- Core + glutes + full-body toning
- Mobility and strength you can feel right away
- A supportive, upbeat vibe (no pressure, just progress)
We’ll also add a unique twist using the OxeFit XS1 for feet-in-straps work
RSVP today and come try your first class with us!
Feel free to bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle — we also provide them on site.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a liability waiver.
Parking is easy; located in front and behind of the facility.
