Peggy is teaching beginner polka from 7:15 - 8:00 We play several polka dances every night. Always good to get a class in beginner polka!
8:00-9:00 Kerry polka, Peggy is back now teaching a very popular and fun choreographed polka dance,the Kerry polka.This dance is popular world wide.

# Peggy Pollard
Peggy is the founder of Santa Cruz Waltz & Swing, and has taught Waltz, Swing and Ballroom dancing since 2010 in Santa Cruz and in India, Uganda, China Korea and Japan.
She the first graduate of Palomar Ballroom's DVIDA Certified Teacher Training program
Peggy first learned Swing dancing at Avenues Ballroom San Francisco, while undergrad at SFSU. She works with international students at UC Santa Cruz, and Rotary Water projects in Uganda. She and husband Dr. Bob raised 4 great children in Santa Cruz. Peggy is currently an MFA graduate student at SJSU.
9-11:45 Popular Caroline is back as our dj.She will play her favorite waltzes, polkas,salsa, line dances and mixers.

Caroline has been dancing for years and started her dance journey with Irish step dancing and attending Victorian balls to avoid those awkward middle and high-school dances! Caroline is a co-organizer of East Bay Waltz’s monthly dance in Berkeley and enjoys teaching and DJing. She both follows and leads so ask her for a dance for a waltz, west coast swing, fusion, any Latin dance, or a mix of all-in-one!

$15 general. $10 for students with ID.
Cash, Check, Credit Card, Apple Pay. We do not accept Venmo. Tickets at the door.
No partner necessary. We rotate rapidly in class.
