We’re a community of wine lovers, sommeliers-in-training, hospitality pros, and curious sippers who meet weekly in Palo Alto to refine our palates through blind tasting.

Each Monday night we explore 3–6 wines blind — working through sight, nose, palate, and structure before the reveal. The format keeps things fun, approachable, and educational for all levels. Whether you’re new to wine or work in the industry, you’ll leave with new insights (and maybe a new favorite bottle).

What to Expect

• A structured blind tasting format (with professional deductive tasting sheets)
• Weekly rotating themes (selected in advance)
• Friendly, inclusive discussions — no wine snobbery
• A sleek, professional setting designed for learning and connection

How it Works

• Each week’s theme is shared with confirmed attendees ahead of time
• You’ll bring 1 bottle matching the theme (wrapped to stay blind)
• Tasting sheets, palate cleansers, and guided discussion are provided
• Space is limited — RSVP is required. Please cancel early so other on the wait list can join.

Who Should Join

• Wine professionals (restaurant, retail, winery, distributor) — Mondays make it industry-friendly
• Students of wine certifications (CMS, WSET, SWS, etc.)
• Curious beginners eager to learn by tasting
• Anyone who loves wine, community, and a good challenge
