We have started to meet again in person! Come join us at the loft behind the Cowper Inn on Forest Street.
Join us for an hour meditation circle that includes 15 minutes of chanting followed by either guided or silent meditation. Beginners are welcome! We meet under the guidance and mentorship of Khen Rinpoche Zeekgyab Tulku. Appointed by the Dalai Lama, he is Abbot of The Tashi Lhunpo Panchen Lama Monastery in Bylakuppe, India.
