11:00am - 11:30am: Healing Sounds by Vibrational Healing Artist, Lydia Hwang. Lydia Hwang is an intuitive healer using sound and color. She leads sound journey retreats and as a founding member of Savasana Sound, recently released her new albums.
11:30am - 12:00pm: Distinguished speaker Tenzin Namgyal Tethong will give a talk on the significance of the 10th Panchen Lama and his legacy to the Tibetan people and the western world. Tenzin Namgyal Tethong, a former representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in New York and Washington D.C., was a Distinguished Fellow in Stanford University where he started the Tibetan Studies Initiative and was a founding member and President of the Dalai Lama Foundation. In 1980, he established the International Campaign for Tibet, an organization that helped secure greater understanding and support for Tibet. He was the former Kalon Tripa of the Tibetan Administration.
12:00pm - 12:30pm: Special preview of a newly released animation video of the life of the Panchen Lama produced by the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery. It was released in April 25, 2024 in celebration of the 35th birthday of His Holiness the 11th Panchen Lama

He has worked in restaurants as a consulting chet and as a cooking instructor in numerous countries such as Italy, Brazil, Belgium, England and the United States.
