Discover why Kundalini Yoga is called "the yoga of awareness". Regular classes are Tuesday evenings with ONE HEART YOGA online via zoom or in person at Unity Palo Alto Spiritual Center FIRESIDE ROOM 3391 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto, CA.
Each week we feature a different certified teacher to lead our practice, which includes a kriya (series of postures), mantra (chant), and meditation. Class begin 7 pm and end at approximately 8:15 pm. All ability levels welcome--no experience necessary!
A donation of $11 for zoom attendance and $22 for in-person attendance is requested.
